Flexi capo?

Hello all... I have purchased a flexi capo and I'm having a problem with alignment of the strings I want held?It seems to not be sturdy enough,has anyone experienced this ? I was thinking perhaps its just a cheaply made version , so I would like to find out which company to buy it from . I have never used one but looks like it would be fun from what I've seen on youtube and such...any help and advice would be appreciated Thanks
