Default NGD (Incoming)

Pulled the trigger on a mint Godin ACS SA koa top nylon and it'll be here Monday - I'm excited. Doubt that I'll ever use the synth feature as I'm more into Chet/Jerry/Merle/Buster B but have been wanting one of these for awhile since I'll never be able to afford a Sand and really like the sound of amplified nylon strings. I might even try it on some DADGAD type stuff and see how it works with alternate tunings.

Any other owners out there with advice?

Congratulations (almost). We need a new acronym: NQNGD (Not Quite New Guitar Day).

years ago I had one of these with a cedar top, supremely comfortable instrument, the tone is still there unplugged, its just very quiet-but a neat instrument to play in the wee hours of morn and not wake anyone-they sound excellent plugged in. The body shape again is very very comfortable. The gigbag that comes with it is top shelf as well, not a cheapo, but a well designed "soft shell" bag.

definitely post some pics, I've thought to get another many times thru the years.
