I give it deadwood guitars out of Athens, GA ( http://www.deadwoodguitarcompany.com/ ).

I love his unique bracing system that gives a more balanced tone and his sound hole placement. I also like the fact that he uses native woods from the trees that are already dead hence the name deadwood. He has never cut down a tree to use it for a guitar or paid for any of the standard north american native woods he uses other than the cost of getting the wood to his shop. This keeps his overhead and thus his prices low. Under 1500 for custom built guitar is deal and a half.
