Default Open Back Butter Bean Style Tuners
Can these be mounted on a guitar that already has closed back tuners?
Is the hole size and spacing the same? Thanks

Possibly, depends on the tuners you have and the ones you are looking at. Many aftermarket tuners are designed to fit hole patterns of OEM models.
