Id start with the Acoustic guitar blue book for prices .
Their is no set % -that's baloney
some guitars go for more because of their popularity or rarity .( and condition -or who owned it -and case type)
remember just because its old and rare doesn't make it a great guitar -
then id look at
Ebay , this forum and other seller sites for ideas of average prices-
remember just because someone is trying to sell a guitar for x price doesn't mean it will sell at that -
