Kudos to Strings and Beyond customer service

Ordered three packs of Elixir lights from them a few weeks ago. My first order with them and made largely because of the good things I hear about them here on AGF...and there prices. Opened up a box this morning to change strings and the G string envelope was empty.

I stole a string from another pack and got the guitar all strung up and tuned up, then called their customer service. A friendly lady answered on the third ring, apologized for the mix up (though I'm sure it was Elixir that goofed up the packaging, not Strings and Beyond) and is sending me a new string and a pack of free pics to boot.

Always nice to work with a company that "gets it."

Stings and beyond are my go-to for strings. They're amazing.
Shoreline Music has some great deals and exceptional customer service as well.

I've become a huge fan of Strings and Beyond. Just placed an order this weekend with them for some D'addarios on a BOGO. Their service is top notch. They've helped me numerous times. Great folks.
