Smallest Gibson acoustic?
Gibson fans,
What is the smallest Gibson acoustic with a 24.5” scale, 1.75" nut? Something less than a 14” lower bout? I’m interested in a nice strummer, not a finger-picker. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Gibson short scale is 24.75...
The LG2 AE is an excellent strummer. 1 23/32 nut (in between 11/16 and 3/4) The L-00's out are varied... but you can see quite a few of them, and their specs, at Wildwood's site: http://www.wildwoodguitars.com/acous...small_body.htm

The only Gibson I can think of with a less than 14" lower bout would be the LG-2 3/4 (also known as the Arlo Guthrie model).

The small body, L flattop of the Robert Johnson era sported a 13.5 inch wide lower body and a 24.25 inch scale and came in the plain L-0 and slightly fancier L-1 versions.
Modern Gibson has reissued only the L-1 version and it sports, I think, a 24.75 inch scale. The 1928 L-1 that I owned for a decade or so, but recently sold:
