Help identifying a Miguel de Cordova

Does anyone out there have any knowledge or history of this luthier?

This was my grandfathers guitar and I can not find any information on the web.

I expect it was a small company in Los Angeles that is no longer around.

Any ideas of information would be greatly appreciated.
