Default Help! No low E through my PUP

Anyone else have this problem? I have a Taylor 310ce with the older Fishman pickup/ eq- it works fine, except I can't hear my low E string at all through the pickup.

Anyone know of an easy fix, or something I can check out myself, or do I need to see a luthier/guitar tech for this one?

Thanks much!

The problem might be with the saddle; it might not be making full contact with the pickup. You can try taking the saddle out and sanding it with very fine sandpaper (I don't remember the exact instructions, so hopefully someone else can chime in). You can also check the clay shim trick written abouthere.
