Cool What's the best pick-up for Baby T?

Need your help! I'm sure this thread has been discussed but can't locate it. The guys at GC didn't have a clue. What's a good pick-up to use with the Baby T? Really don't want to drill any holes, so would like to use one that can be easily removed with no damage to the guitar.. Just beginning, so something just adequate will do. Just mainly having fun... Need to know brand names , sizes to order, price range, and Where to order from...

Thanks in advance.....Azure
Oh, someone showed me a Dean Markley 'transducer' i think he called it. It just attaches to the guitar with a little sticky on the back of a relatively small round flat pickup. Worry about this "adhesive" eventually affecting the guitar finish, even though the sales guy swore it just comes right off....Is this a good option? I learn everything from you folks...!

Azure,

I had a Baby M (that I recently sold) that had a Fishman Matrix installed in it. This really brought out the best in the Baby.

I tried the Dean Markley for my old classical way back when. It was a BIG problem. It might work for you but it won't sound as good as making the investment and doing it right to bring out the best sound.

I know that you don't want to drill holes in it, but it is not a $2000 guitar. In my opinion, having it done only increased the value of my baby.

Good luck with whatever you decide,
Rob

I stick a Dean Markley Pro Mag in the soundhole when I need/want to amplify my Baby M. Sounds decent. I had to shave the rubber down just a smidge in order to wedge it into the soundhole, but it works fine. No holes necessary. A very inexpensive alternative, and to my mind, makes sense for an inexpensive guitar.

Buffalo Bros. in Carlsdad, Ca had a Baby (can't remember which flavor) with pickup installed. This was last week. Price seemed real right too.
