Default Anyone have a Taylor w/ES-T pickup?

(I posted this before in a few places and only got one response...)

Last year I bought a 110ce as I wanted a stage guitar as an alternative to a wonderful Guild D-40C I usually gig with. After years of being an old school Martin/Guild guy- I also wanted to see what the Taylor buzz was all about. Well I really like the sound of this guitar unplugged- and yes I know it's an entry-level model (I've played many upscale ones) but one of the best sounding in it's class IMHO.. I also like the sound plugged in- very lively and mirror like for a ust. My only dilemma is when I really have to crank it in my duo gigs we have a harder time taming it than my other dreads (mostly Fishman ust's).

Anyone have experience with this pickup? Any tips on getting a great sound? I use a Baggs Para DI which helps but I'm not overwhelmed with the turned up sound.

Mike
