Unhappy Help with a guitar stand...

As a Christmas gift my sweety purchased a new guitar stand for me. It is one of the On Stage XCG4 models (It was a gift so I did not pick it out, she did).
After 63 days the security strap rubber lock has just split in two...Lol!
Where am I able to purchase more of the rubber black security locks?

I normally always purchase Ultra or Konig Meyers. These stands have held up for years. This XCG4 is really blah.

https://onstagestands.com/products/view/xcg-4

Click on the "Parts" tab...you can buy replacements directly from them.

I lost one and just use a velcro strap like the ones people wrap around cables to keep them coiled.
