Default Oskar Graf OM

I was jumping from reverb to other sites looking for a guitar, and stumbled onto this Oskar Graf OM cutaway

https://www.guitargal.com/collection...ar-graf-guitar

Listened to the sound files on the site, and I'm positively gobsmacked. Not familiar with this luthier at all as I'm pretty much a newbie - anyone have experience with his guitars?

Sound files can be misleading. I would be careful it you are only judging it by that.

Yeah, it's a pity that we're mired in corona times.

Oskar Graf is a German-born Canadian guitar maker, and a good one. He lives in or around Kingston,Ontario and is winding down his production.
For years he was represented by a few high-end music shops in Germany and I think he has sold through 12th Fret in Toronto and Folkway music in Cambridge,On.
I visited his shop at his house way out in the country 2 years ago and can say that his work is terrific.

looks very good but doesnt sound $6000 good. A good sound but not Bruce Sexauer good, Goodall good, Lowden good IMO but things are worth what people will pay for them.
