Used 1998 414ce. Worth it?

Well, I went in a different direction. The guy who owned that 414 found two takers who wanted to pay the full $975, which I really didn't, so I found a different Craigslist. I found a 410ce 2006 model, nearly flawless for $995. He had been asking $1150 and recently dropped the price. It's not my "dream" guitar, but it's a big step up from the Takamine I've been at playing at church and home. Sounds MUCH better than my current Tak plugged in as well as acoustically. So until my income is up, I think I'll be quite happy with this one.
