Default NGD finally got a Martin!

Played 4 Martins last week and decided to wait and think about them. Went this morning with the intention of getting one. HD-35, D-18, D-35 and D-28 were, in order, my choices. On arrival, the D-28 was not in the spot it was last week. The salesman said he had just restrung it and it was now with the rest of the Martins. Played it with the new strings and knew it was the one. Been playing for hours and am loving it. On another note, to keep the wife happy we will be going out Saturday to get her new Coach bag!

Hi Shadow,

Congratulations on your new Martin D-28! That will be a fine guitar for you for a good long time. Great choice of a great, classic guitar!

Congrats! The first Martin is always a revelation. Play it in good health. (And good move with the Coach bag).

That's awesome! Congrats!

Almost like this was a response to the thread going on about the D28 not getting any love...it's getting some now!

Maybe you could order a custom one. (We'll look forward to the New Coach Gig Bag Day post.)

Congrats to the OP. Enjoy and play it in good health!
