Default Production History of Martin All-Mahogany D 12-Fret Guitars?

As my love affair with all-Mahogany guitars continues to blossom, I've been doing some research on all-Mahogany Martin 12-fret dreadnoughts.

I've found that Martin introduced the D-15S in 2001, and offered the model roughly through the 2000s (? - Anyone know the year this model went out of production?), with fairly limited production numbers (only 557 D-15S guitars were built from 2001 through 2005).

Did Martin build any production all-mahogany 12-fret dreads prior to 2001?

Okay, let's bump with a different question...

Regarding vintage all-mahogany Martins. Specifically:
  • Style 15: 1940 - 1944 and 1948 - 1963
  • Style 17: 1922 - 1961 and 1967 - 1968
Were these guitars made only in the 0-14 fret and 00-14 fret body configurations?

Style 17 was rosewood until 1922. The first catalogued all mahogany version was the 2-17. According to Longworth, the first all mahogany 0-17 was made in 1929 and the 00-17 in 1930. Those were 12 fret guitars until 1934.

There was also a Hawaiian 0-17H model made in 12 fret configuration only during 1930.

Unless there is some obscure limited edition that I can't recall at the moment, Martin never made a 12 fret mahogany topped Dreadnaught prior to the D-15S.

Thanks. I can recite a fair bit of marginally useful information. That I looked up.
