I’ve played close to half a dozen Bozo guitars; there are lots of them floating around the Chicago area.

One of the more surprising aspects about them is how heavy they are - Bozo was not a proponent of super lightweight builds. Yet they sound great and are particularly noted for their singing treble response.

Hope this helps.

Wow. Very cool guitar.
Is the neck carve shallow but wide like a classical? Or is there some girth to it?

Actually the appointments are pretty restrained for a Bozo. He has a strong middle European ethic.

The neck is shallow like a classical. And it is a heavy guitar. I'm not sure if it's BRW or EI. Any experts out there?

Bozo Podunavac passed away. A gentleman by the name of Jim Chelsvig built guitars very similar. A friend had one, and I recall quite a waiting list for a Chelsvig. Can't find anything about him now.
