Nashville Musical Institute (NMI) F400 1973 vintage

I bought this 12 string new in the summer of 73.When I had the strings replaced I was told that it was a collectible because the logo read NMI on the guitar and the label did not say made in Japan.Its a super guitar,best 12 string I have played.I am aware of the Martin vs. NMI court case and the outcome.The question is were guitars actually made in Nashville for a time and is what is the value of this guitar over and above the fact its a fine instrument?
