Default 12-fret Martin with a 24.9 scale?

I don't think Martin makes one outside of the Custom Shop that's bigger than a 00...

I really like the short scale Clapton 000 model and the D28VS 12-fret model. Would a Custom Shop short scale 12-fret be the best of both worlds or a bad idea?

PS I play solo guitar fingerpicking jazz chords just for my own enjoyment. I've owned and enjoyed all of these over the years: D28, D35, D35S, D35-12

Pretty sure the 000-A is 24.9. My favorite scale length too
