best used A/E guitar under 1000.00
hey im looking for a used A/E with cutaway. it needs to be a good strummer and ill be playing in a band so it needs to sound good plugged in and with a band.

Can you get a used Taylor 314ce for that price? It might cost a little more than $1k though, but not much.

It really depends on how you define "best" as in what tone youre looking for/ how much you need to cut through the mix of your band. Since you want a strummer I suggest you go for a dread or GA size. For general recommendations I'd look for a used 3 or 4 series taylor. Also if you dont care too much for resale value, get a breedlove a/e. Used prices are ridiculously good for the quality of guitar you get.

The best I had for that purpose was a 3 pickup Wechter with dual outputs. Could always find a good sound with any house system. You can find them used on Ebay fairly regularly for way under the budget.
