Default Diamonds in the Rough...Guitars that defy bang for the buck..

I know this has been rehashed, but I'd like to get it into one thread...
What brands and even guitars that should be a lot more money then they are...
I've got a
Bedell BDD-18m Solid top Dread that sounds pretty good...and the build seems to be very nice..It just needs warmer strings, which I've been watching the warmer string thread for idea's
Also Recording King gives you a lot for the money.. a ROS-G9m all solid on sale at MF for $239 WOW!

Any other Brands or Guitars...Should be priced higher ??

I just posted an NGD thread of the Guild D-1212 all-solid mahogany 12 string that myself, Rev Roy, and I'm sure a few others got for $398.

Even at $750 they are an incredible deal.

I have always thought that 73 cents of Buck banging is the player. I've gone to Seagull shows and watched players make $400 guitars sound like $5,000 guitars. It's something to aspire to.

Pono Guitars, all of them. Pretty much custom builds for mostly under $1500

Blueridge, if you get a really good one, they're a steal.

^This. I'm sure for every sub $1,000 guitar being made to sound over its head are 1,000 expensive guitars being played poorly,

Ponos are fantastic guitars for the money but you can't say "pretty much custom builds." It's either a custom build or it's not.

I would add Breedlove American made guitars as well.

Sigma.

They punch well above their weight for a budget brand.

The Loar LO-16

Eastman E-OM line

Martin CEO7

All are sold at a price well below their quality.
