Default Harmonica Holder o Mic-Stand ???

Saw a Davy Cowan vid this morning and he played a harmonica which was mounted to the Mic-Stand instead of being a rack around his neck. Never have seen this before. ???

Well now that looks pretty cool! The ol' neck hanger sure can get in the way especially when your'e trying to sing into a mic.

I have. Here is an example of something similar: Harparm

I use a rack. I think there are probably drawbacks to both designs but pretty neat nonetheless.

I've used this one for a couple of years and it's awesome. Easy to use and unobtrusive. No one really notices it on my mic and it doesn't get in the way at all.

Here it is in action.

Have you ever had trouble with harps moving doing shakes, etc.? Looks interesting. I am a very aggressive, blues style player. Your input would be appreciated.

Found on Musicians Friend, $25. Not bad.

Actually I have had no issues with it at all. I can play harp in it almost like I can play hand held. It locks in in tight and it doesn't move at all. Honestly it's awesome and I don't get a penny from them. Had to play full retail for mine and I'd do it again.
