Suggestions for a Case for a Gibson hg-00
Recently purchased a 1938 Gibson hg-00 and looking for a modern case that fits. Original case is in rough shape.
Thanks in advance! Brian Last edited by bzl; 01-17-2022 at 08:54 AM. |

Hey, welcome to the HG-00 owner's club. Some of the finest guitars around in my fairly biased opinion. In terms of cases, I don't have a particular case to recommend, as my HG-00 came with one, but the guitar is a standard L-00 body, so most any 00-sized acoustic case should fit it just fine.

i do like HG-00s. Using Martin size designations, a Gibson 00. of course, has a lower out which is in between a 00 and 000 size guitar. Generally though yeah a case for a classical guitar will work.
