Default Luthier in Chicago? Two jobs.

I have two jobs I'd like done. Please let me know if you know someone who's qualified. Thanks!

1. I would like to have the neck shaved on my Martin D-28 Marquis. I would like it to match as close as possible to my D-18. Also, if the luthier think's it is advisable, I would like to have the tongue brace removed or reduced to improve the highs.

2. I have a Taylor 254ce 12 string that I've fallen for. I do not like the satin finish. It's noisy and cheap looking. I would like to have it buffed, re-finished, to a nice gloss, if possible. I would love for the neck finish (feel) to match the D-18, if advisable.

I am taking a break from buying/selling instruments to focus on my health and my music. I think these two projects will speed me along my way.
