Just got off the phone with Tom and he was able to find me a completely quatersawn AB 2 piece set! I am excited to say the least

So I just got off the phone with Tom again... Looks like I will probably be ordering a 2nd one in the next week or so... Looking to be cedar/braz but don't want to jinx it just yet

He must really love those late night phone calls till midnight asking what kind of woods the buyer will love most. He must really cool, that would drive me nuts.....

I think Tom and I are very much alike in out love for guitars. With the exception of that he is a highly skilled luthier and I am still learning to play

A sale is always easier for someone to stay up for, especially when you only make 17 a year.

It is actually going to be doing a few less than that after this year.
He is a true craftsman! He genuinely seems more interested in making a few perfect guitars than making more profit by making a larger quantity of great guitars. I hope we become friends over the next few years, there could not be a nicer guy
