OT-Posting Problem

I have this little problem posting here that's becoming just a bit annoying. I couldn't find a faq on this or how to contact a mod to ask, so thought I'd post it here. Maybe someone has some advice.

Whenever I go to post a quick response in a thread, even though I'm logged in, I get a message that I don't have permission to do that, and a request that I refresh the page and log in again. This means that I end up logging in twice every time I want to respond to something. I know I must be missing something here, so if anyone knows what it is, I'd appreciate it. Thanks,
