Unrelated, yet related to your question, jdinaz, I got my Larrivee OM-40 (Mahogany) at a dealer in Ogden, Utah called Music Village. I have no idea what their current stock is, but you could give them a call. Since you are in AZ, and asking about a store in CO, I figured maybe you might consider a trip to Ogden to try some Larrivees in person. They were great to buy from, and I am still in love with my OM-40. I remember being on the search for a Larrivee and having no luck finding one in my region until I happily stumbled upon this shop.

Here's a link to that store (no connection other than having purchased my OM-40 from them a couple of years ago):

It was a close call between the Santa Cruz Otis Taylor 13 fret and the Larrivee ooo-40 all mahogany. Since my work is moving me to Austin and I won't be back in Albuquerque for a while I purchased the Larrivee as the sound was just too nice and the guitar just fit my hands so nicely. I had my eyes on this guitar since last July!

The shop I purchased from was Guitar Vista in Albuquerque, NM. They have a nice selection of Santa Cruz, Collings, Bourgeois, Eastman, etc.

Village Guitartist in Cedar Crest just became a Larrivee dealer. They had the Larrivee oo-40R and OM-40R that I tested.

Congratulations on the Larrivee. I was in Guitar Vista about 10 years ago and found it to be an awesome shop. They had a Bourgeois that I still think about! I will also be back home in ABQ in the next month or so and will check out the shop in Cedar Crest!

Good luck in Austin!! I suspect you will love the music vibe!!
