The one I paid a guitar tech to do a set up & fretboard dressing on. Turned a $600 guitar with jagged fret ends into the smoothest, easiest playing guitar I own.

Out of all my guitars it would be my Gibson SG.

My acoustics it is arguably my Takamine GJ72CE-12 string. If not the 12 string it is the Takamine GD93.

I don't see much difference in the regular 6 string ones I now own. Some of the old ones from the past, definitely yes.

All mine are roughly similar - I really like the Gibson 1.725" nut width.

Every guitar that’s been setup to my specs…and has a neck carve that works for me.

There are certain guitars that are more musical and just seem to have a special sound.

They are the easiest for me to play. Right now, my Martin 000-28vs and Gibson J45 Studio Rosewood are the ones (a G45 turned me on to the latter).

Easiest-playing guitar

Acoustic: Taylor 412e-R short scale Grand Concert strung with Elixir PB HD gauge (.013 - .053) strings. Spruce over rosewood sounds fantastic to boot. All about the short scale. The HD gauge adds back a little of the lost tension from the short scale.

Electric: 60s Gibson Les Paul Custom two pickup black 'fretless wonder' strung with .010 gauge strings (long gone).
But it didn't sound (or look) as good as my Les Paul Standard Flamed Cherry Sunburst, strung with .009 gauge strings.

Easy playing means shorter scale with custom light strings, like a gibson 24.75 scale. Or go 24 scale with the affordable alvarez ap66shb and 12 gauge strings. But a good set up is going to give you the biggest bang for buck on any particular guitar, low nut slots, flat relief and low bridge with level frets. The shorter scale length is important if you have smaller hands.
