Dear Richard,

*Congratulations! You are the lucky winner in Acoustic Guitar magazine’s Collings Waterloo WL-K Guitar Giveaway! You have won the following:

Waterloo WL-K Guitar - MRSP $2,600*

In order to fulfill your prize, I need an email response confirming that you understand and accept the components of the prize as outlined above. You must reply to this email and please be sure to*complete and attach forms*and include them with your email response. This is to ensure we get your prize shipped to you as soon as possible, please reply to this email no later than August 21, 2017.

As a reminder, our official rules state: The grand prizes will be fulfilled by Collings within 60 day of receipt of winner’s written acceptance.

Per the giveaway rules, the winner is responsible to cover the customs and shipping charges to deliver the prize internationally. We will do our best to find the most cost effective method as possible, but it may still be somewhat costly. The reason for this is that Germany is a bit of a challenge to deliver due to the current CITES regulation in effect for the E. Indian rosewood fingerboard. If you are willing to accept the cost to deliver the instrument, it may be upwards of $700, then we can certainly move forward. However, you also have the option to turn down the giveaway prize, if you would rather not pay. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

*

Thanks for taking the time to enter our giveaway and congratulations again on your win!

Congratulations!
That's quite a lucky break.
I've been automatically included in a weekly drawing for prizes every week since 2007 on a banjo site and I've never won anything yet :/

Wow, that's cool that somebody I know actually won! Well, I don't really know you, but you know what I mean.

I always say "I never win anything!" but then I think back and realize that I have won a lot of things. But they were all small things like t-shirts, hats, etc. I won a ladies watch once.

Maybe I should rephrase to say "I never win anything good!"

Nice guitar and a great stroke of good fortune! Congratulations!!

I haven't had any luck winning a new guitar, but a Nigerian prince is sending me $10 million dollars to help him execute his estate out of country. It should be in my account any day now.....

Shipping was free as I will be working in the US in October/November and was able to ship it to a friend's house.
