Hohner Guitar - need help ID'ing

Hi guys,

New to the forum here, and I'm hoping you can help me out. I'm trying to figure out the model (and ideally, the year) of a Hohner acoustic guitar.

This guitar was given to me a few years back about someone who knew very little about it. He claimed he bought it "new" around 2006 but that seems to be unlikely. The sticker with the serial number was removed, but otherwise the guitar is in pretty good shape, other than some wear around the tuning pegs. Here are some pics:
