The Bluegrass Jubilee has an Adirondack spruce top. The Standard has a Sitka spruce top. Might be a couple of cosmetic differences but I think the top is the main one…
I have played the Bluegrass Jubilee but not the standard. I really liked that one a lot. Very alive guitar with great bass and penetrating trebles. -Jim
