Default Will Ackerman playing his signature Froggy Bottom video

Now here's a video you don't see every day - Will Ackerman evaluating the Will Ackerman Signature Model which Froggy Bottom Guitars have just introduced. This is a model K with mastergrade adirondack and madagascar RW.

Playing one of his famous tunes from his Grammy winning Returning CD

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQhjHiyr4II

Enjoy

Hans

"Impending Death of the Virgin Spirit" is IMO, one of the most beautiful modern fingerstyle pieces ever written. It always sounds fantastic when Will (the composer) plays it, but it sounds especially fine on that Froggy. Thanks for sharing...time to go pull out my Windham Hill collection!

Great clip and beautiful guitar.
I see that Will rests his pinky on the guitar too!

Thanks for the sound clip. I have an H14 with that same Adirondack/Madagascar pairing and listening to Will's instrument I can hear the same magical qualities. Pretty amazing sound. Pretty great guitars.

Thanks A LOT!
Now I have to go get one... (Shaking head)
I play that tune. It's the song that inspired me to play guitar.
Wow, what a fine sounding guitar.

How utterly satisfying to be handed a guitar--let alone your signature model--and it just welcomes you with amazing sound!
Will Ackerman is whom I most identify with as what my compositions try to capture; he has great space around the notes, phrasing and tempo. I would love to play a Froggy, but have yet to be fortunate enough for Elderly to have one in.

Thanks for sharing!

It's got the typical Froggy magic. I wonder how it sounds with nails/flesh instead of finger picks.

I love Frogs!

I know that Froggy Bottom are known for making amazing small bodied guitars, but IMO their larger bodies are no slouches! My K is Killer and if I could add another to my group it would be a tough call between a H or an SJ.
