Any info on the Epiphone AJ-15?

Found one for sale locally for a great price. Been looking for a decent beater that I can keep next to the couch, take to jams and rehearsals and drop a sound hole pickup into for live stuff that won't break the bank.

My guess is these are all laminate, which should be fine given i'd be leaving it out all the time and live in a part of the country where temp and humidity are always changing.
