Default Adirondack topped 18 Series from MFG?

Has anyone tried or own any of the Adi topped 18 Series Custom Martin's from Jon @ MFG? Particularly the D-18 Adirondack...thoughts if so?
Many thanks!

No. But I have a custom D-18 with essentially the same specs and it sounds fine. Great, in fact. It's got 10 years on playing under its belt. I keep thinking of selling it because it's not as natural a fingerpicker as others I own, but the sound of an aging Adirondack D-18 is hard to let go.

All I can suggest is that if you order a new one without playing it first, you may or may not end up with one like mine. And you may have to wait a while to find out.

Not being flippant, but what else is there to say.

I own a 000-18 MFG Custom with an Adi top. I really love it.

I own two, a 00 & 000 (see my signature). Both different, yet equally amazing.

I have a 000-18GE standard. I bet the 12 fret version is amazing!

I've got one of Jon's D-18 Adi customs and really like it a lot. Plus Jon and Sharon are first rate to deal with.
