Default My GAS was just relieved.

I kept my Martin Junior in my office at the fire station. The humidity levels usually stay in the mid to upper 20’s. I always kept it in the hard case with a soundhole humidifier and it always worked fine. But if I was in the middle of playing and got a run a just set it down and left. Even a few hours of sitting out would affect it. I finally got rid of it and started looking for a replacement. Since all the stores are closed I went in an internet search, which I hate not being able to actually play it. Since I was searching for a lower priced guitar I decided to take a chance. I’ve owned a GS Mini before and really liked it, but I felt to cramped on the neck. A couple others on my list had mixed love hate reviews. I finally decided and ordered a Martin 0-X1E. It’s new in the line up and only had a couple reviews, so we’ll see how it goes. The size is perfect with a 1.75 nut. The shop included a free setup and strings of my choice. I’ll include a new post when I get it and play it a bit.

I thought you were going to say that you farted. Congrats, it is a great feeling (new guitar, not passing gas...ok that is great too).

My first thought when I read the subject line was I am sure glad I wasn't in THAT elevator!

Back to reality...congratulations on your Martin 0-X1E!
