NTD! (New Toy Day)
I picked up a Boss RV-6 Reverb pedal today, my first foray into effects. The only other pedals I've ever owned are a Looper and a tuner. Also picked up my Larrivee from our local guitar tech guru (shout out to John from Art's Music in Dothan, AL). I didn't realize it needed a tweak until I got it back. He made a great guitar even better. The Larrivee is the only guitar I have with an installed pickup, so everything converged right on time. Tomorrow I'll plug everything in and give the new system a whirl. Should be fun!

I generally dont use effects with my acoustics but I bought a Boss RV6 and it works great with acoustics provided you use it sparingly. I connect it to the effects loop on my LR Baggs para di preamp. I also have a volume pedal in the loop as well. From there I connect to a pa system using a mic cable.
