I'd buy an SJ200 exactly like Brucebubs'. Of course I'd have to dust it off and play it every couple of days.

One with a cowboy painted on it - I'd never buy a guitar just to hang on a wall, I buy them to play them. But if I did I'd get one of those Cowboy guitars, the cheesier the better, it would become a conversation piece for sure.

Ric 4003 bass. I've had 2. They sound awesome in other people's hands and thin and nasally in mine. But they look awesome.

My old Korean made strat graces my family room wall…it has faded from white almost match my yellow walls!

This was my grandmother's, and I had it reworked by a luthier in Vermont. Now it's a FUNCTIONAL price of wall art

Well, if it's only for wall art and not for playing, one might look at a Luna, which can be pretty fancy looking but dirt cheap....
