I want to give a shoutout to Airturn for outstanding customer service. I have their Manos tablet holder (great product), maybe two years old. The fitting that attaches the Manos to the mic stand came loose from its plastic housing. I emailed them to ask if it would be ok to just glue it back in. Their prompt response was to ship me a new part, for free.

Small issue, small part, but worth noting for the excellent response. Thanks, Airturn.
