I have no problem ordering a new high end guitar from them. As long as I know what I'm ordering.

I won't order something wondering if I'll like the tone.

I can make them playable.

For instance, I've been looking for a Taylor I like for years.

Played all the models. Bought a few as gifts. But haven't found one I like the tone of.

So, I would shy away from ordering one of those.

Last new guitar I bought from GC was my OM-28e

Picked it up September 2021. It was a 2018 according to the serial no.

So it had been sitting in the warehouse for 3 years. Virtually unplayable out of the box.

Now, it's hard not to think of it as one of my two favorites.

Playability, tone, as well as the electronics.

Plugged in tone is probably the best of the lot.
