I like to capo up high so I enjoy the extra real estate the OM provides.

00 for sure. The short scale is easier on my hands, and the smaller body is easier in my shoulder.

I love a good OOO, but I do quite a bit of alt and drop tunings so the longer scale tends to sound better.

I'm with Brendan. I have one guitar that isn't a dread and its an OM.

OOO or OM, 14 fret if I can get it, 13 if I can't. Smaller guitars find me hunching over them too much for comfort. Shorter necks and my right hand wants to move where I don't want it.

0000 - It’s one 0 louder. (Really!)

This ^.
It also depends on the style of music you are playing, and your attack. I have played some 00’s that I have liked, and I’ve purchased a couple. But, as a rule, I prefer an OM or a 000. |

I prefer a 00 or 00 to OM as the OM is always a fourteen fret guitar and I prefer the twelve fret design by far.

000-18 for short scale. My incoming custom Brook Lyn is 12 fret short scale with cutaway. If I were ever to go back to playing bluegrass, I'd find a D-18v.

Since you already own the 000-18, OM-28 & GS Mini, I would think a 00 is a good choice. A lot depends on your physical stature. I feel very comfortable playing my 00-15m. More comfortable than my 2 other 000 size guitars. Just my 2 cents.

Once again, I vote 00 for size (ergonomics) and tonal balance.

00 for comfort and shoulders, 000 for bit more bite and tone. 12 frets for sweeter tone and cutaway is you want to get back the frets you lost. Or a 13 fret for a compromise, I love my house 000 13 fret. Now you got lots of choices to make, haha.

12-fret 00s are sweet sweet sweet, very rich, but not much higher-fret reach.
14-fret 00s are great small guitars with a lot of clarity; I like them for jazz. 14-fret 000s with the short scale are easy to play and sound sweet. OMs - by definition any OM is 14 frets - have both sweetness and a lot of power; they’re my go-to. |

I've played a Martin 000-28EC and Other OM guitar. I prefer OM for fuller sound. 000 is a bit too small for me.
Other than shape, you still can think about depth of the body. Deep body OM sounds quite different.

I’m not keen on the skinny shape of an 00. Aesthetically it doesn’t appeal to me, so it would be an OM or 000
