Interesting Kay Guitar on CL
Just came across this..
Kay Dread  Judging by the 3 piece back it looks more high end for a Kay. From a Japanese shop maybe?

This guitar has no relationship to the Kay Company of Chicago. After Valco/Kay went belly up in 1969 the brand name was purchased by the folks building Teisco guitars.
