I know this should be in Open Mic. but since I posted the still photos earlier in this forum I will post the link here for the video of the railroad.

In case you missed it last week.... I have a good friend that is building an amazing quarter scale railroad in Southern Missouri. My wife and I went down there and spent the best part of a day shooting video of the new steam engine that is running on the 6-7 miles of track that are in place. It is a minature railroad that would give the folks a Disney World a run for their money. The engine below is 32 feet long if you count the tender. I weighs 20 tons. It is a true steam engine. It burns diesel fuel to heat water and make steam. Yes I know it looks full size but the track gauge is 15".



Anyway, several of the video clips are up and running on the web site so here is the link to them. There are access roads adjacent to the right of way and we were able to shoot long scenes of the engine running. Down hill it kind of lopes along; but uphill (2% grade) it pulls and works. They have pulled as many as 24 cars with the steam engine. It is a monster.
