OH NO!! You must have taken all the strings off at once one of those times you changed them !!
 (Just kidding. Taylor says not to remove them all at once...the only builder/tech/luthier I know of to say that. It comes up as a topic here once in awhile. People afraid of doing permanent damage to the neck if they do.)

Are you sure the Sigma doesn't have a truss rod? I think even the worst of the imports have them and Sigma is a Martin product, and a nice guitar. Check inside by the neck block. (Do Esteban guitars have truss rods?)

As stated, I believe all the Sigmas had truss rods. However, to answer your question, if you have a neck issue you should take it to a repair tech./luthier for evaluation.
