Default Am I addicted??

I'm just trying to find out if I (actually a friend of mine) needs help?...well I know I need help!. I have all of the guitars I'll ever need but I can't stay out of music stores or off the forum or e-bay...anyway. How many times a day do you check the AGF?
Is 7-10 too many?...I have a friend who checks it 10 times a day at least and i'm worried about him?...

Yes, I'll check back in 15 minutes to see if anyone else weighs in.

You're the only one that can say whether you're an addict or not.

Stay out of those places one day at a time man.

7-10 times a day is nothing! I check the forum 7-10 times in an hour. When I'm home I'm constantly on here checking things out and reading about things. I'll also come on here while practicing so I can clear my head.

Some people do get bothered by the keen interest I have in my guitars. I consistently answer that there are worst hobbies out there and that's usually the last argument of the conversation.

Between this one and the Gibson board my wife thinks I'm obsessed. Can't really argue with her.

Who knows? You might be addicted; I might be addicted. There are surely people on this forum that are addicted by most of society's perception. But I like Joe's comment. There are worse additions for sure..

We post the same inquiries in the camera forum I spend a lot of time on. Fredmiranda.com. They have the best buy-sell forum on the internet.

It is nice to be around fellow addicts. I check this forum and the D28 lounge 15-30 times a day weekdays and maybe 10 times over the weekend. I think about guitars in form and function all the time and sometimes I think I'm nuts.

There are indeed worse habits. As a matter of fact I think this obsession with acoustic instruments is a fantastic one!
