How do we control the size of the pictures.
I have played around with trying to upload a few photo's to the forum and even if I down-size them on my PC, they still seem to be quite large on the forum website. Are their some other tricks you folks use to keep the size under control? Thanks.

If you resize them first in a decent picture editing program, to no more than about 400 X 600 pixels, they should be okay for online viewing. I actually keep mine to about 300 pixels in height.

I generally shoot the original at 1280 X 960 pixels, and for a full size picture for the classifieds, I will use the 15" monitor size, roughly 800 X 600. Here's an example at that resolution:
