I love your collection of Omega guitars. I cannot wait to confirm my commission with Kevin and get into his wait list.

Been searching for used omega for a long time but never seem to have found much. I think many love it so much not to let it go........

it also seems that many omega owners aren't really online too much or don't subscribe to forums. I know three guys in the area (one my roommate) that love their omegas and are never online to post about them

Rainbow, I believe that when Kevin G is able to get his Omega site up-n-running that you and many others out there (including myself) will be able to get our fix of guitar images — Kevin is pretty thorough at taking plenty of photos of his fine work and no doubt there will a be an extensive gallery on his site.

I am sure that when Kevin G has his omega website up again, many would have an 'eye feast' to his many beautiful guitars...

Just a question, Kevin G has done so many gorgeous inlays, has he ever done one with eagle or dove?

He did an Eagle on his son's "Omegabacker" (the body was based on the old John Lennon type Rickenbacker - I can never remember model #'s on those). It was a perspective thing from the wing tip running 2-4 frets to either side of the 12th. Don't think I ever snapped a picture of that guitar but I'll check.

As I type this (Friday, Nov. 3rd, 2006) Kevin is finally having surgery on his shoulder. This is long overdue and has been a source of significant hardship for Kevin and his family. He's basically been unable to work since returning from Africa last July - and will probably not be able to work for another 4 months.

Hopefully he will be back to making GORGEOUS guitars sometime next year.

Keep him in your thoughts and prayers.... and then put those thoughts and prayers into action in some way (if you can) to help.
