The Vintage Now neck is actually slightly deeper in 1st position but shallower at the 9th compared with the Traditional series neck. Both are C to to soft-V shapes, but in practice, to me the VN neck feels overall more rounded and 'puffier' over the majority length of the neck. Personally I prefer the Traditional -- it's just about perfect, imo.

The measurements per Collings are:

Vintage Now -- 0.845" deep at 1st fret, and 0.96" deep at 9th

Traditional Neck -- 0.815" deep at 1st fret, and 1.02" deep at 9th

They are very similar profiles, but everyone will have a favorite.

I’m fortunate to own both (CJ35 and a traditional D1 baked).
I had them both out last night to see if I prefer one over the other.
I love both necks and I really can’t tell a noticeable enough difference to not go with one over the other.
Now “tone wise” that’s a different story. If I “had” to sell one it would be the D1T, but fortunately it isn’t going anywhere.
Personally speaking…you won’t be disappointed in either one you end up with.

I credit Collings with being very detailed as to their neck measurements on their website. They are very detailed in my opinion. I was able to make a choice once I tried the Traditional and compared measurements. I ultimately chose their “normal” neck measurements.
