I use the medium tensions on my SC OM with a sitka top and EIR back and sides. One of my ideas of the ideal sound from a guitar. The only guitar I have thought to use other strings on over the last couple of years is the Lowden with coco back and sides. Takes an extra couple of days for the strings to settle in on that guitar.
