A Martin Custom 00-18VS UMGF ticks all of your boxes, but they are scarce.
I got lucky with mine. I posted in the UMGF that I was looking, and was contacted by someone who had one that he was willing to sell. There is a chat room on that site dedicated to this one guitar, with tons of information if you think you might be interested. Mine blows me away every time I get it out.

Based on your specs I'd say Waterloo, Iris or Gibson. I've never thought of woody, bluesy when I play my Breedlove though.

I'll jump on the CEO-7 dogpile. See if you can get your hands on one to try it out. I just love the sound, and I'll never sell mine.

I'll echo those thoughts, it's a good blues guitar and much more, mine's not going anywhere either. Here's a vid of Daddystovepipe putting one through it's paces. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8oM_HoQVds |

It seems like a versatile guitar with a bluesy edge. |

I have a Martin 00-28VS that I really like. Martin doesn't make this model anymore but I've seen that they are coming out with a 00-28 slothead in their Modern Deluxe line that seems pretty similar.
