Removing Pickguard

Any warranty issues when removing a pickguard?

I somehow ran across a youtube video of a guy removing his on his GS mini mahogany and I kind of liked it. I just got one last week.

I'd suspect that as long as any warranty claim didn't relate to scratches or finish problems due to pick guard removal, I could not see why.

Ask the builder to be sure


I pulled a pick guard from a beautiful Koa many years ago. Put on a clear replacement. Looks great.
